Where do you source your clothing from?
We source all our clothing from the UK, we are a made to order brand which means minimal wastage and less items go to landfill.
How long does delivery take?
We process your order one the same day if ordered before 2pm (est) and dispatch it usually the following day. We ship via Evri, read more by visiting our shipping policy for more information.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently ship to USA, Ireland, Sweden & Denmark.
Are your sizes accurate?
We meticulously check our products from our suppliers, testing the product and checking the sizes. The size guides are accurate.
What if I am not happy with my order?
If you drop us an email via nordbuckbrand@gmail.com we will be happy to chat about this and assist.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Every effort is made to ensure our products are not damaged and they are checked several times through out quality control.
We are happy to accept returns subject to conditions and will provide a gift card / store credit to the value of the item unless the item is damaged then we will offer a full refund
Conditions: Item must be unworn, tags intact and returned within 14 days of purchase.
Where are we based?
We are based in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. We are currently underway with opening a store in the centre of Morecambe - Opening January 2025

Nord Buck was a name created long before being established as a clothing brand in April 2024. Nord Buck (meaning Northern Stag) is more than just a brand, our brand has a strong message of togetherness. Our clothing tells a story of who we are. This enables us to get our message out there and share our designs with the world!
All our clothing items are made to order, this means our impact on the environment is less, there is no wastage of items. We create all our own designs. All our clothing items are sourced in the UK.
We are committed to being sustainable, friendly to the environment and also providing our customers with the best products.
